DESIGN NOTES

Xtro is built for interiors where the fitting should recede but the light must remain deliberate. Its white trim settles quietly into pale ceilings, while 30° tilt and 360° rotation let the beam be aimed after installation. Four beam choices move from tight emphasis to a broader controlled pool. CRI ≥90 and a Seoul Semiconductor LED support faithful presentation of timber, stone, textiles, artwork and joinery. The optional louvers are the real design advantage: the same aperture can control off-axis glare, stretch the beam into an oval, shift light toward one wall or distribute it toward two opposing surfaces. Use Xtro as an intentional accent and vertical-lighting tool in dry indoor spaces.

Honeycomb louver

Adds high-angle cutoff to reduce off-axis glare and stray spill. Use it where the fitting may be seen from seating, circulation paths or lower viewing angles; allow for a modest reduction in output.

Elliptical louver

Reshapes the circular beam into an elongated oval. Use it on long artwork, dining tables, consoles, wardrobe runs and linear joinery; orient the optic to follow the object.

Asymmetrical louver

Pushes useful light toward one side of the aperture. Use Xtro close to a wall, shelf or vertical surface when the target sits away from the fitting’s centre line.

Double asymmetrical louver

Creates a two-sided asymmetric distribution. Use it between opposing wardrobe faces, parallel displays or corridor walls where one ceiling position must serve two directions.
