DESIGN NOTES

Steam is the compact wet-area general downlight within the Mist Series. Its 7W Bridgelux light engine produces a catalogue-rated 560 lumens through a fixed 36° optic, creating a controlled pool that sits between a narrow accent and a broad flood. The LED is recessed behind a deep reflector to reduce direct source visibility; this is a lower-glare design, not a glare-free claim. CRI ≥90 supports more faithful materials and skin tones, while the Ø62 mm face and Ø55 mm cut-out keep the ceiling presence compact. IP65 applies to the correctly installed fixture: it does not automatically protect the driver, wiring joints or surrounding ceiling, and it is not a certification for high-temperature steam rooms or immersion.

Steam is backed by Phoslume’s three-year product warranty against covered manufacturing defects under normal operating conditions within its confirmed IP65 application. Correct installation, intact seals, suitable cable connections, adequate ceiling clearance and compatible electrical components are required. The driver, cable joints and surrounding assembly must have protection appropriate to their location. Proof of purchase and the full warranty terms govern all claims. Dispatch timing is confirmed at order confirmation. Steam is offered in White or Black with 3000K and 4000K options. Tunable White is catalogue-listed, but its driver, controls, compatibility and price must be confirmed before sale.
