DESIGN NOTES

Dot Trimless keeps the same 15W, 1,176-lumen optical package as Dot but uses a plaster-in frame that is finished into the gypsum ceiling. Once completed, the flange disappears and only the 23 mm light aperture remains visible. Choose the 24° optic for tighter accents or 36° for softer pools; 360° rotation and 20° tilt allow precise final aiming. CRI ≥90 supports faithful material colour, while Cree or Toyonia LED sources are used by configuration. Specify the trimless version when the ceiling is being built and visual continuity matters. The frame must be installed and levelled before final putty and paint, with driver and service access coordinated in advance. It is an IP20 fitting for dry interiors.

Seamless ceiling integration

The plaster-in frame is concealed within the ceiling finish, leaving no visible flange around the 23 mm aperture.

Retains the 1,176-lumen output and 24° / 36° optic choice while creating a cleaner architectural ceiling.

Aim after installation

Use 360° rotation and 20° tilt to focus artwork, joinery, tables or selected wall surfaces after the ceiling is complete.

Plan before plastering

Fix and level the trimless frame before putty and paint, and coordinate driver placement and future service access before closing the ceiling.

Correct plaster-in installation, sufficient ceiling clearance, service access, compatible components, proof of purchase and the full warranty terms apply. Dispatch timing is confirmed for body colour, beam angle and CCT at order confirmation. The trimless frame should reach site before ceiling finishing. Tunable White is by project enquiry.
